You agree to not advertise, solicit, or otherwise engage in commercial activities, including but not limited to the buying and selling of products, on or through the Site. You further agree to not send any chain letters, junk email, or otherwise spam other members on or through the Site.
When posting material on this site you agree to not infringe upon any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
You are responsible for your interaction with other members of this website. The Network may or may not choose to settle disputes between members.

THE NETWORK WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY PROFITS LOST DUE TO THE USE OF THIS SITE EVEN IF THE NETWORK HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILTY OF SUCH LOSSES AS A RESULT OF USING THIS SITE. AS A RESULT, THE NETWORK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF COMMUNICATING AND/OR MEETING WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF THIS SERVICE, OR INTRODUCED TO YOU VIA THIS SERVICE. SUCH DAMAGES INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PHYSICAL DAMAGES, BODILY INJURY AND OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND DISCOMFORT.

You will not hold the Network, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties responsible for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) as a result of your use of the the Network service.
THE NETWORK PROVIDES THIS SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, IN ANY COMMUNICATION WITH THE NETWORK OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES, OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE. THE NETWORK SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Network grants no warranty that your connection to this site will be trouble free, uninterrupted, secure and always available. IN ADDITION, NO WARRANTY IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO TELEPHONE SERVICE IN ACCESSING THIS SITE.
Content made available through this site by members cannot be guaranteed by the Network. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. UNDER NO CONDITIONS WILL THE NETWORK BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR HARM AS A RESULT OF INFORMATION POSTED ON THIS SITE.
